A General Order In Re: Implementation of Mortgage Loss Mitigation Management Program was entered on February 7th, 2019.  This program will take effect on March 1, 2019, in the Eastern District.  Forms for use with the program are available at www.nceb.uscourts.gov/local-forms under "Loan Modification Program Forms."
