The Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina has converted to NextGen.  As a result, registration forms are no longer needed.  Electronic Filing is only available for attorneys, filing agents and creditors.   Filers must register at www.pacer.gov for filing privileges.   Instructions for registering can be found at www.nceb.uscourts.gov/cmecf-nextgen
If you are an attorney requesting access, a copy of your certificate of admission must be emailed to NCEBml_cmecf@nceb.uscourts.gov.  Your request will not be approved until the court has received the certificate.
