Over the last several years, the Local Rules Committee has completed a comprehensive review of the local rules for the EDNC. Attached are a clean copy and red-lined copy of the proposed amendments for your review. Please submit any comments regarding the proposed amendments to stephanie_butler@nceb.uscourts.gov on or before Friday, September 25, 2026.
