Procedure Changes for U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina
Attached please find a Third Amended General Order regarding Chapter 13 Confirmation Procedures. This order amends the Second Amended General Order by amending Paragraph 6 to require 21 days' notice of an amended plan prior to the confirmation hearing.
