Please note that the seminar registration fee has been reduced to $40.00 this year.  The reduction is due to the elimination of the seminar workbook.  All written information will be posted on this web page after the seminar.

The final date for registration is March 21, 2014.  No late registrations will be accepted.
 

  • CPE information will be posted at a later date. 
  • An application for 5 hours general credit and 1 hour ethics credit has been submitted to the NC State Bar office.

2011 Eastern District Bankruptcy Seminar Information

Thank you to all who attended this year’s seminar on October 26, 2011. The seminar was attended by 224 people this year. You will find links to the workbook contents below.

Letters have been sent to the NC State Bar with the attendance list. Attorneys will be billed for the CLE credit. Paralegal credit is self-reporting. In order to receive creditor for attending the 2011 seminar, report this event when it is time for you to do your annual re-certification.
