Local Rules Amendments for U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina

Attached a General Order, entered by the judges and effective today, regarding Compensation of Professionals.  This order amends Local Bankruptcy Rule 2016-1(a)(1) and (c).  An updated version of the local rules has been posted to the court's website at https://www.nceb.uscourts.gov/court-info/local-rules-and-orders to reflect these changes.
